  the receptionists try to rush you off the phone without listening, they don't seem to want to check anything before responding negatively. So dismissive! "we don't do that or this here! or "we don't have..." and will not try help. you have to push them to help!

  Every time I've tried to book an appointment it has been a fiasco. I'm not one to write reviews online but this time I am angry as there's only so long you can put up with bad treatment. Every time I try to make an appointment I'm told that they are too busy and will fit me in three weeks down the line. I had a bone tumour which I eventually sought private healthcare for because shotfeild told me to take paracetamol and it would go away (biopsys, a removal op and a steroid injection later it has gone) went to Shotfeild get stitches taken out, they messed up the appointment.... this time I have had an appointment for travel vaccines double booked with someone else however rather than sort the problem out, the nurse has phoned me on a withheld number (assuming her own personal phone, as a doctors surgery wouldn't normally do this?) and tried to guilt trip me into changing my appointment telling me she had children to pick up. A terrible little surgery, can't wait to change where I am registered as wallington family practice has always caused nothing but grief.
